Status Assessment and Deviation Analysis
Project preparation, determination and evaluation of the maturity of processes and organizational structures in implementation. Setting realistic goals based on the company's expectations and conducting deviation analysis for this purpose.

Process Transformation and Pilot
Based on the approved development plan, the process transformation will be executed with the delegated resources, incorporating numerous international and industry best practices into the existing or newly developed workflows. These will be introduced in pre-designated pilot projects in a clearly traceable manner.

Detailed Development Plan
Guided by the deviation analysis, preparing a detailed development plan, including data and document management, project preparation and implementation workflows, project reporting system, and related corporate data provision system. The plan includes not only the expected deliverables but also the breakdown of interim, smaller achievements.

Expansion and Training
Graunded in the results and experiences of the pilot project, the new, more efficient process will be extended to the entire operation through employee training. We will also provide professional support and potential further developments after the transition.
