System Thinking and Integrated Data
Nethod was born from the shared vision of an engineer and an economist.
We began working together in 2016. It quickly became clear that we approached problems from very different perspectives. Yet despite these differences, we shared the same conviction about what organizations and projects truly need to operate successfully.
We believe that systems thinking is essential when evaluating and solving organizational challenges. Interdependencies cannot be ignored when analyzing expected impacts. Organizations and projects form interconnected networks, where every change, every adjustment, creates ripple effects across other areas. Sustainable success requires complex, system-level solutions designed for the long term.
With this mindset, we founded Nethod in 2022. Since then, we have continuously evolved, grown, and expanded our capabilities. Our proprietary methodology, Nethod Project Controls™, now registered as a trademark, has been implemented at numerous organizations or delivered as an ongoing service.
Our Team
Our team consists of young, dynamic senior and junior project controllers and project management consultants. We frequently collaborate with contracted partners, ensuring that sudden increases in workload never become a constraint.
We place strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development so that we can always provide our clients with up-to-date expertise. Teamwork is a core value for us — we believe that true excellence is achieved through collaboration.
We are driven by project success.

Supporting projects can have a profound impact on entire organizations. Data-driven project controlling provides a structured toolkit that delivers an objective and transparent foundation for decision-making.
