We work on goals in an individual process and in an atmosphere of trust so that colleagues can become great team players and more effective leaders.
Business coaching process
The business coaching process begins with a three-party contract, where the selected coach, the client's representative (typically the client's manager) and the client agree on the goals of the coaching process. They then work on these goals in the six-step process. The process ends with a review of the journey and progress with the manager.
It is important to know that the information and topics discussed during the coaching process are confidential, so the coach will not share them during the joint evaluation. The best indicator of the success of the process is the client's own development.
